Our standard postage and packing prices are as follows:

Standard Shipping - 3 to 5 business days 

Free shipping on all orders over £90.00

Returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used items.

You can return brand new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@marasoothe.com, and we will send you a return authorization email with your return address.

We recommend using a trackable mail service to return your order and retain a copy of the mailing receipt, as we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.

Please include your order reference number and name so we can allocate the correct refund.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the date we receive your package.

Import and Export Duties

You may be required to pay import duties and/or taxes, which will be collected upon arrival of the goods in the destination country.

Any additional customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

The customer agrees that, as the importer of the ordered goods, they must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the receiving country. The customer should also note that cross-border goods may be subject to inspection by customs authorities during international shipping.
